Sarah has a strong passion for teaching and continues to push herself to be better. She grew up dancing in the area since she was 2. She has received training from a variety of instructors locally and across the nation. She started dancing competitively on the company when she was 10. Sarah has taken classes at Broadway dance center, and has trained by attending lots of conventions. She also got the opportunity to dance at several Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving half time shows that included Jessica Simpson, Billy Gilman, Toby Keith, Beyonce, Creed, and Carrie Underwood. She also became an assistant teacher when she was 14. She worked extremely hard growing up, and eventually tried out for her high school drill team the L.D. Bell Raiderettes her freshman year. Her senior year she was named Captain of her drill team, along with starting to teach dance full time. Sarah attended the University of Texas at Arlington and received her bachelors in education. Sarah now has been teaching dance for 10 years. Her passion growing up was always tap, so she started out as a tap teacher. For the past 5 years she has mainly worked with company dancers and teaching contemporary and technique. She has gotten several choreography awards, and creative concept awards. She strives to make each piece, different and unique. Sarah is ready and excited to share her knowledge of dance.
