SHOWCASE PARTICIPATION POLICY

All enrolled dancers are automatically included in our end-of-year showcase, unless a parent or guardian notifies us in writing by the posted opt-out deadline.

We share information about showcase participation in multiple ways throughout the season — including our annual showcase info link page, studio brochure, website, and through email reminders. Because this is a major part of our season, we ask that families stay up to date with communications to ensure everything runs smoothly for all involved.

Please understand that we are unable to offer refunds or exceptions for those who miss the opt-out deadline.
