THE ANNUAL DANCE SHOWCASE
- Participation:
- Participation in the Recital is optional.
- We encourage participation as it provides a valuable learning experience.
- All students are treated equally, whether or not they choose to participate.
- Showcase Fee (Nonrefundable):
- $150 for the first child
- $140 for the second child
- $130 for the third child
- Due by the 2nd Monday of March, this fee covers:
- Auditorium rental for Dress Rehearsal and Recital (professional venue)
- Insurance, technicians, stage and lighting crews
- Printing of Recital programs and paperwork
- Media Fee (Nonrefundable):
- $30 per family, billed on the 2nd Monday of March
- Includes a full digital download of the Showcase.
- Covers additional videography crew expenses during Showcase weekend.
By participating, your family can enjoy a professionally produced experience while your child gains invaluable performance opportunities!
The Dress Rehearsal will be held Friday, June 12, 2025. The Showcase will be held on Saturday, June 13.
DANCE SHOWCASE COSTUMES
The payment for the Recital costumes is due the 2nd Monday of October. Financial arrangements for costume payments can be made with the studio office. Students will be measured for their costumes from November 10th through the 15th. The costumes will be ordered by December 1st. You will receive your costumes when the entire first order for your class has arrived.
- Combination Classes :
- 2 1⁄2 – 4 years old students will present one stage number and the costume cost will be $65.00.**
- 4 – 5 years old and up will present two stage numbers and the cost per costume will be $65.00.**
- Specialty Classes:
- Each specialty class will present one stage number and the cost per costume will be $80.00.**
- Ballet : Level 2 & Above: Cost per costume will be $100.00.**
- Hip hop : Level 2 & Above: Cost per costume will be $90.00.**
- ** A $10 second order fee will apply per costume for payments after Oct. 13th **
