SMALLER CLASSES

We are dedicated to providing a superior learning environment for all our students, therefore, we keep our class sizes small so that each student receives more attention and instruction.

QUALITY INSTRUCTORS

Our instructors are degreed professionals who bring a variety of national dance experience backgrounds and also continually further their education. We also provide several "master classes" every year that are hosted by guest instructors from all over the country.

THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

It is our purpose to maintain the highest standards of dance training for students of all ages and levels. Our classes are conducted and disciplined in a manner keenly associated with proper dance education. We demand respect and proper discipline at all times and reserve the right to dismiss any student who upsets the harmony of the school.

SEE THE DIFFERENCE ONLY EXPERIENCE CAN MAKE!

Grace, charm, poise, and a healthy, beautiful body - all can be acquired for your child through the art of dance. Children experience satisfaction of accomplishment from their own efforts. Their personality development is enhanced through this accomplishment. Our main objectives for the school are to teach coordination of mind and body, cooperation with others through group training and instill confidence and self assurance. These are the required qualifications for social success and good citizenship. Dancing is a part of your child's education. We truly believe in what we teach.

More Classrooms

We offer five classrooms in our studio so that we can offer a larger variety of classes per day.

QUALITY IS KEY

Quality classrooms that include raised cushioned professional dance floors with marley to protect your child from dance related injuries.

PERFORMANCE & COMPETITION TEAMS

Give your child the opportunity to compete or perform through our Performance Team, Ballet and Dance Company Teams and/or Hip-Hop Crew.

Susan Hurst was classically trained in England from the age of three and is an Associate of The Royal Academy of Dancing and The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. She appeared professionally on stage for over 10 years appearing in numerous musical productions before devoting her life to teaching and choreographing. Teaching classical ballet, pointe, tap, jazz and lyrical in both England and Texas for over 30 years and owning a highly successful studio here in Texas for 13 years, training many students who went on to dance in college and beyond, has made Sue a well-known and respected teacher in the Metroplex.

Sue has choreographed the ballets Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Romeo & Juliet and Coppelia, and such musicals as Oklahoma!, Carousel, My Fair Lady, Sweet Charity, The Pajama Game, Seussical, and Cats. TV credits include Walker, Texas Ranger.

Adding to that, Sue helped choreograph and perform in The Weaving, an original dance/drama which was produced in New York City’s Lincoln Center, June 2010. Most recently choreographed and directed Sleeping Beauty for Studio A Dance, June 2012 featuring guest artists from Sarasota Ballet, Oklahoma City Ballet and TCU Ballet.

She is the choreographer for the Stars Theater Company, a local children’s theatre group in Bedford since 2008 and was also a dance team sponsor of the Stars Dance Team at Colleyville Middle School where she also teaches. Currently, she teaches classical ballet and pointe at Artistry in Motion Performing Arts Center in North Richland Hills and Heart & Soul Dance in Euless.

Sue is always looking forward to continuing to pass on her knowledge and love of dance to students of all ages and abilities.
